About Pauls Gibbons Consulting Pauls is a result-driven professional specialising in human resources, change and organisational development.
Pauls has worked in a variety of management and consultant positions in the private and public sector and has a strong track record of improving HR effectiveness. She has experience in large complex, mid-size and very small organisations. Although the principles are the same, solutiions range from very simple to highly complex, depending on the size and requirements.
Amongst Pauls ualifications are a Master's Degree (Leading Innovation & Change) University of York St John, UK and a B.Com (Honours) Degree in Human Resource Management, University of Johannesburg. She is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ICF-accredited coach and a mentor.
Pauls is registered with the South African Board for People Practice (SABPP) as a Master HR Professional and was formerly the Chair of the SABPP Ethics Committee. She is a contributing author on two SABPP publications: Ethical Practice in HRM (2014) and Ethics in HR Management: a Guide to HR Professionals and Line Managers.
